Once you have your audio files, you can choose to sell directly from your website with something like BookFunnel. You might also choose to use an aggregator like Author’s Republic or INaudio which would distribute your book to your choice of libraries and platforms (including Audible) and give you 70-80% royalties. If you use an aggregator as a middleman, you need only upload to one place. (As opposed to making an account with each company where you want it distributed: Apple, audiobooks.com, Google, Kobo, Hoopla, Nook … there are many.) Some authors choose to sell exclusively through Audible, or use INaudio to distribute everywhere except Audible—and use ACX to control non-exclusive distribution and sales reports through Audible directly.
